The Challenge

When I first started working with Nikita Grayson, M.A., she had a vision and a mission: helping parents navigate one of the most stressful parts of early childhood without shame, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. At that stage, the project was simple. She needed a visual identity that reflected her warm, educational, and approachable style. Together, we developed the logo and supporting brand graphics that would become the face of Potty Training Without Pressure. Over the next few years, the brand grew. Books were published. Workshops launched. One-on-one coaching expanded. Her Stan Store became a hub for digital products, and her social media audience grew into a thriving community of parents looking for practical guidance. The challenge was no longer creating a recognizable brand. The challenge was creating a place where all of those pieces could finally work together.

The Goal

This project wasn’t about building an e-commerce website or replacing the systems that were already working. Her Stan Store handled transactions beautifully, and social media was doing what social media does best: building relationships. The website’s job was different. It needed to:
  • Introduce new visitors to the Potty Training Without Pressure philosophy.
  • Build trust through education and storytelling.
  • Organize books, workshops, and coaching into a clear customer journey.
  • Guide parents toward the right resource based on their unique situation.
  • Support and strengthen the existing Stan Store rather than compete with it.
In short, the goal was to turn a collection of successful pieces into one connected experience.

The Strategy

Instead of designing a traditional “services website,” I approached the project like a guided conversation.

The homepage immediately reassures parents that they aren’t failing, then introduces the idea that the problem may not be the child, but the method. From there, visitors move naturally into a dedicated Start Here page that acts as a decision tree.

Are you facing a preschool deadline? Have you already tried every method under the sun? Are you simply trying to get started the right way?

Each path leads parents toward the most appropriate next step, whether that’s a book, a workshop, or personalized coaching.

Rather than building a redundant online store, the website strategically feeds visitors into her existing Stan Store ecosystem after trust and credibility have already been established.

The Build

The final website included:
  • A story-driven homepage focused on empathy and education.
  • A guided Start Here experience that helps parents self-identify their needs.
  • A Work With Me page featuring coaching, accountability, and workshops.
  • A streamlined Books & Resources page that integrates directly with her Stan Store.
  • A personality-driven About page that tells the story behind the brand.
  • A comprehensive FAQ page built around the real questions she receives from parents every day.
  • A welcoming contact experience designed to reduce friction and encourage conversations.
To strengthen the presentation, I also created custom visual assets, photography concepts, and branded mockups that gave the site the feel of an established educational platform instead of a simple brochure website.

The Result

Today, Potty Training Without Pressure has something it didn’t have before: a digital home.

Social media creates awareness. The website builds trust. The Stan Store handles the transaction.

Instead of trying to make one platform do everything, each piece now does the job it was designed to do.

More importantly, parents now have a clear path from discovering the brand to finding the exact support they need. Whether that’s downloading a guide, joining a workshop, or scheduling one-on-one coaching, the website helps remove uncertainty and replace it with confidence.

Because that’s what the entire brand is about.

Taking the pressure out of the process.
